1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any entity you represent. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Believe Realty Solutions is a real estate solutions company that buys homes and land directly from owners and works with a network of lenders, contractors, investors, and real estate professionals. The website provides information about our services and lets you submit inquiries through our intake forms.

4. No Brokerage Relationship; No Professional Advice

Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, Believe acts as a principal (a direct buyer or solutions provider) and not as your real estate broker, agent, or fiduciary. Using the Services does not create an agency, brokerage, partnership, or fiduciary relationship between you and Believe.

The content on the Services is provided for general informational purposes only and is not legal, tax, financial, accounting, or investment advice. You should consult your own qualified professionals before making decisions about selling, buying, or investing in real estate, or about foreclosure, probate, title, or tax matters.

5. No Offer or Guarantee

Submitting a form or contacting us does not obligate you to sell, buy, or do anything, and it does not obligate Believe to make an offer or to purchase any property. Nothing on the Services constitutes a binding offer.

Any offer or transaction will be set out in a separate written agreement signed by the parties. We do not guarantee that we will purchase any property, that you will sell, or any particular price, timeline, closing date, cash amount, or investment return. Any figures, estimates, or examples shown on the Services are illustrative and not guaranteed.

6. Property and Form Submissions

When you submit information through the Services, you represent and warrant that the information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the right and authority to provide it, including any information about a property or another person.

You grant Believe permission to use the information you submit to evaluate your inquiry, contact you, and coordinate with relevant partners as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Electronic Communications and Consent to Contact

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Believe Realty Solutions and its authorized partners by email, phone, and SMS/text message — including, where you provide a phone number, by automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded or artificial voice — regarding your inquiry and related services and opportunities. You also consent to receive communications and records from us electronically, and you agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

The Services and their content — including text, graphics, logos, the Believe Realty Solutions name and marks, and the site's design — are owned by or licensed to Believe LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information (including any property opportunity, price, or estimate) is accurate, current, or complete. Property opportunities are subject to change, prior sale, and availability.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BELIEVE AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Believe and its owners, members, officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Equal Housing Opportunity

Believe Realty Solutions supports the federal Fair Housing Act and the principle of equal opportunity in housing. We do not make housing-related decisions based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the dispute-resolution section below, you agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute not subject to arbitration will be the state or federal courts located in Florida.

16. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights. Before filing a claim, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us and allowing 30 days to resolve it.

Except for claims that may be brought in small claims court, and except where prohibited by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider, rather than in court. You and Believe waive the right to a jury trial.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, or representative action. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable, the remainder of this section will not apply to that dispute.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and post the revised Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Believe regarding the Services. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
